Coop Basket is an online product catalog. By browsing and placing orders through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. How Ordering Works
Coop Basket does not process payments directly on the website. Orders are placed by sending your selected products via Facebook Messenger. Payment arrangements (GCash, bank transfer, COD, etc.) are discussed and confirmed through Messenger between you and the seller.
3. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, prices and availability may change without prior notice. All product photos are for reference only and may slightly differ from the actual product.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed are in Philippine Peso (₱). Payment methods are arranged directly with the seller via Messenger. Coop Basket is not responsible for payments made outside of the agreed arrangement.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, fees, and schedules are discussed and confirmed via Messenger. Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and order volume.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via Messenger. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, address, contact details) is used solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Changes to Terms
Coop Basket reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
